Shipping

What is the shipping time?

As we are working on developing the company, our stock levels are still low. Our online store is 100% self-managed and we are not able to keep the stock levels high enough to get the products to you within 48 hours. At the moment delivery takes 10-15 working days.

Do you offer express shipping?

At the moment we do not offer any express shipping options.

Can I track my parcel?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service yet. But feel free to contact us if you have any question related to your order.

Returns

What do I do with a wrong or damaged item??

Please contact us at the address hello@mejwod.com. Incorrect or damaged items will be replaced.

Can I exchange an item?

You cannot exchange an item. However, you can return the item within 14 days.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order within 4 hours of placing it.
